With maximum torque and the adrenaline pumping BladeRun finally powers into the sparkly waters of the Med and we are proud to announce a new super glamorous route, Puerto Banus to Ibiza. With champagne corks popping at exclusive coastal locations along the rally route, bikinis on the sun decks, and engines roaring from some of the most eclectic powerboats assembled under the most unique powerboating event making a splash across the globe.

Launched in 2005, BladeRun is a super sexy, stylish and ultimately unforgettable experience, typically consisting of four evenings of exclusive parties, entertainment and hotels connected with three days of rallying on the water.
On Sunday 23rd September, the world famous Ocean Club Marbella will play host to the BladeRun Send Off Party for participant s, specially invited guests and celebrity DJs.
In finest style, sleek, powerful machines will open up throttles leaving spectators in the wake as Mayor of Marbella will drop the flag, and boats will set off leaving on lookers watching 20,000 horsepower of roaring powerboats thunder across the Med towards the party capital of Europe, Ibiza. The terrace at El Divino will be the beautiful setting for the BladeRun Awards Party, where the prizes will be handed out to the exited anticipation of the beautiful on lookers.

About the Organiser:
BladeRun was founded by Duncan Scholes, an ex Gumball 3000 Rally organizer, who has approached powerboating events with a Gumball lifestyle twist combining lavish parties, media awareness, interesting places, and fantastic boats. He recognized a huge need for a fun event for powerboat owners which did not have the pressures of was a race. His vision is to roll BladeRun out across the Globe with events going on all year round. In 2008 he plans to take BladeRun to Italy, France & Spain, with talk about BladeRun Asia, from Hong Kong to Macau.
