GUARDS POLO CLUB ENGLAND vs MOSCOW POLO CLUB RUSSIA
The New Muscovy Company is delighted to present the fourth IVAN THE TERRIBLE POLO CHALLENGE to be held on 31 May in the presence of HH PRINCESS OLGA OF RUSSIA and HE AMBASSADOR OF RUSSIA Mr Yuri Fedotov. Launched at Guards Polo Club in 2005, the Challenge is an exciting sporting and social event attracting a unique selection of high profile polo players, patrons and spectators from across the world.
Programme for the day:
Champagne and cocktail reception
Guards Polo Club vs Moscow Polo Club (10 goal 5 chukkas)
Trophy presentation
Dinner in a marquee OR Asado - Argentine style barbeque
5.30pm – midnight. Dress Casual/Smart
GPC team captained by Henry Brett, MPC captained by Alexei Rodzyanko. All proceeds to the Foundation for Disabled Russian Orphans Diema’s Dream (UK registered charity No.1102848).
Dinner package £275 including a champagne and cocktail reception, access to the Grandstand, a three course dinner in a marquee by Mosimann’s, followed by a charity auction and live entertainment, complimentary wine and cocktails throughout.
Asado package £99 including a champagne and cocktail reception, access to the Grandstand, Asado – Argentine style barbeque, complimentary beer and cocktails until 10pm, live music, access to Guards Polo Club Members’ cash bar till midnight.
Children are welcome to join as well. 8-18 years old asado tickets are £50. Younger children come for free. |
