The inaugural Polo In The Park thrilled over 25,000 spectators and introduced television audiences to a new format in high-octane
polo competition. We are delighted to announce that ‘Polo in the Park, London’ will be returning to Hurlingham Park in June 2010. Having firmly established itself as one of the most sought after new events of the season with a footfall this year of over 25,000 and tv coverage on ITV and Sky - ‘Polo in the Park’ promises to be THE EVENT to attend in 2010 and future years.
The combination of a glamorous, time-honoured sport with exciting new World Polo Series™ rules; the historic central London location of the exclusive Hurlingham Club and perfect hospitality, will provide you with the ideal surrounds in which to entertain your guests.
The 2010 tournament promises to deliver all the excitement, action and drama with a unique theatre for incredible hospitality in the centre of London. Eight teams each representing global cities will play over the 3 days of the tournament which will culminate with the Final and the presentation of The World Polo Series™ Trophy on Sunday 6th June.
The Hurlingham Club, usually a private members-only retreat, can be found amongst 42 acres of beautiful gardens overlooking the Thames in Fulham. In celebration of the return of its founding sport, The Hurlingham Club’s famous East Wing will host the corporate hospitality and entertainment for Polo in The Park.
Over the years the Club has played host to the Royal Family, prime ministers and also leading events such as the Fortis Tennis Classic and Salon Privé.
At Polo in the Park, guests taking ‘The Club’ package will be given direct access to the Grandstand in Hurlingham Park from the adjacent Hurlingham Club grounds.

Afternoon Tea Package - Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of June
Afternoon Cream Tea in the Private Corporate Enclosure with All Day Grandstand Seats.
Come and enjoy the all day fast action, thrills and glamour of the new World Polo SeriesTM from reserved Grandstand seats and in the afternoon from the surrounds of the private Corporate Enclosure.
The grounds open at 10am and the first game of the day is scheduled to start at 11am with afternoon games at 2:30pm and 4:30pm. Guests will be able to enjoy all the action from their reserved seats and will have full access to all the onsite food, bar and retail.
Then at 3:30pm guests will be invited into the VIP marquee facility in the Corporate Enclosure and provided with a souvenir programme and served a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne. Guests are then welcome to enjoy at their leisure a full Afternoon Cream Tea provided and served by Harrods in a buffet style format.
All guests can enjoy outstanding views of the polo either from the private pitch side garden in the Enclosure or they may return to their reserved grandstand seats situated in the East Stand directly adjacent to the Enclosure. Guests may use the Enclosure facility for the remainder of the day and a full pay bar facility will operate. Last orders are at 7:30pm and the grounds close to all guests at 8pm.
