This year’s ceremony is Q’s 22st birthday so jointly sponsored by O2 and Sony Ericsson will be held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel and promises to be even more star studded!......
Rock band Oasis was leading last year's Q Awards with five nominations. The band was short listed for best live act, best album, best video and best act in the world today, along with best track for The Importance Of Being Idle. Coldplay was competing for four awards, while James Blunt, U2, and Green Day have three nominations each. The winners are voted for by Q readers, radio listeners and TV viewers.
