The London Ball is the annual flagship event of the British Red Cross.
Established in 1995, it has gained a well-deserved reputation as one of the top annual fundraising evenings in the London social calendar.
Around 550 guests attend the event, many of them flying in to London especially for the evening. The Ball has helped raise millions for the charity over the past decade.
This year the Ball will take place on Wednesday 21st November at The Room by the River on London’s South Bank. The theme is ‘Honky Tonk Blues’ and will be designed and created by award-winning event company DNA Productions. Over the past few years DNA have helped to produce some innovative and exciting themes for the London Ball.
A champagne and cocktail reception welcomes guests before they are seated for a three-course dinner, fine wines and great entertainment. Past shows have included the Buena Vista Social Club, Zucchero, Boney M, and Gena West.
Since 1995, more than £5 million has been raised through the London Ball. Funds raised enable the British Red Cross to provide humanitarian aid to those caught up in natural disasters or conflict, both within the UK and overseas.
The support and generosity of individuals and corporate donors is vital to ensuring the success of the event.
Individual tickets cost £400, VIP tickets are £1000pp. There are tbles of 10 and 12 available as well.
