The Button Club‘s ‘Romance Express’ in aid of The Liberty Foundation was held at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, the most romantic building in London. Originally opened by Queen Victoria in 1873, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel has been closed for over 75-years and has undergone a £150 million renovation programme. The super slick and luxurious 5-star hotel based in King’s Cross is still currently closed to the public and will have its grand opening before summer 2011.
The Button Club became the founders to hold the first event exclusive to its members in the world’s original Ladies Smoking Room inside the hotel. Guests were greeted with champagne and Canapes and entertainment included superb stage set pictures by ‘Photobooth Out of Order‘ and DJ’ing by DJ Colin StarRocker till midnight. A host of well known fashionistas and socialites were joined by The Button Club members, making the night a great success. We also raised funds for Liberty Foundation in aid of abused and abandoned children in Belize. Many thanks for everyone who attended! |
