About VPF:
VPF is a grant-making foundation dedicated to supporting social entrepreneurs and the dynamic charities that they run. We are recognising some of the unsung, everyday heroes creating the most exciting young charities in the world. Through innovation and inspiration, they are tackling the biggest problems with the leanest financial resources. It is with them that your support can make the most difference. To find out more about VPF and how it is supporting its current grantees.
The VPF 2008 Appeal:
Over the past two years, VPF has chosen, funded and partnered with four exceptional social entrepreneurs based in the UK: Kids Company, Riders for Health, Basic Needs and Training for Life. In 2008, we are raising a further half a million pounds from our members so that we can provide grants to four new organisations as exceptional as these. All profits raised by The Midsummer Nights Ball will go directly to the social entrepreneurs that we back.
