Fred Cline founded Cline Cellars in 1982 and his wines now have a big reputation in and out of the United States.
Fred was one of the first winemakers in California to concentrate on making wines from Rhone varitals and Zinfandel, so he was one of the original Rhone Rangers.
His wines win awards year in and year out and are always voted one of the highest quality and best value wineries in California.
For the launch of The Button Club Wine Group, Larry Holman, Export Director of Cline Cellars is hosting a tutored tasting of Fred's wines, including the Californian range and Ancient Vines wines through to Single Vineyard Zinfandel at
The Union Club, 50 Greek Street in Soho on the 20th May.
The tasting will start at around 6.30PM followed by an optional dinner at 8.30PM.
Although a private members club well known for its quirky amiance and fantastic food, The Union Club have agreed that The Button Club members can stay on and enjoy a three course dinner which promises to be a rare treat. |
