One of Italy’s most-loved chefs, Alessandro Borghese, has joined Obicà as Creative Chef to develop a new menu centred on his and the group’s mutual passion for authentic Italian cuisine designed to share amongst friends.
Alessandro who is a familiar face on Italian television and has one of the highest social media followings of any chef in Italy.
Designed to celebrate the eight unique varieties of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and made with the finest ingredients from renowned Italian producers, the new menu will feature dishes such as:
Croche'e di Patate e Cime di Rapa –potato croqueQe with turnip tops and smoked mozzarella
Baccala’Mantecato -whipped salt cod with corn chips and smoked mozzarella
Capasanta di Mozzarella – Mozzarella di Bufala, Causcolo and endive

At the heart of Alessandro’s partnership with Obicà is a spirit of conviviality that celebrates and extends beyond the innovative new sharing menu.
